About TeslaBlog
Independent Tesla coverage, built on hands-on ownership
TeslaBlog is an English-language publication for Tesla owners, prospective buyers, and EV-curious readers across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. We cover the news, explain the software, test the accessories, and compare the models so you can make informed decisions.
Our Method
Real-world testing, not spec-sheet recycling
Every accessory we recommend has been used in everyday ownership conditions. We log installation time, fit, durability, and daily usability over several weeks. Range and charging claims are checked against measured results from routine drives and home or public charging sessions, with the conditions noted so readers can judge relevance to their own driving.
Software update coverage starts with the release notes, then moves to the drive: what changed on screen, what changed on the road, and which features still need time to mature. When a feature is unconfirmed or pending rollout, we say so plainly.
Editorial Standards
Clear rules for every review, update, and recommendation
Our editorial assessments are never sold. Products are chosen on merit, and any article that includes an affiliate link carries a visible disclosure near the top of the page. Affiliate relationships do not change ratings, rankings, or the cons we report. If a product underperforms in our testing, it stays in the article with the reasons stated.
Recalls, safety notices, and software issues are reported from official Tesla and regulator sources wherever possible, with dates and links. We separate confirmed information from rumor, correct errors openly, and keep a record of substantive changes. Questions about any article can be sent through our contact page.
